Become a Referral Partner

Employee Experience (EX) and Client Experience (CX) have become of equal importance to successful businesses. We believe your transformational journey, to improved EX and CX outcomes, starts with open and honest conversations with employees, especially those who interact with clients.. 

If you have started conversations, has the needed change sounded intimidating? It doesn’t have to. We have vast professional experience and a track record with the available EX and CX ecosystems that adapt “best fit” software, people, and processes to achieve the shared vision from your employees and your clients. 

As a Referral Partner you should have your eyes and ears open for your client’s challenges with employee attrition, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction. Look for challenges with client satisfaction (CSAT & NPS), missing client acquisition targets, or client attrition. Who in your client’s business has the motivation to address these challenges? That is who we want you to introduce us to. 

Once you have identified any one of these issues and a client sponsor, you can send us your Client Leads using the form below. Once we receive your lead, we will schedule a conversation to review it and mutually decide on a GO or NO GO. We then mutually decide the role you play in the initial Engagement with the client, if any.
